How it works
- Email us within 100 days of receiving your order at info@hemp4help.com – with your order number and a short note on why the product wasn't right for you.
- We refund the price of the product within 14 days to your original payment method. You don't need to send the product back.

- Once per customer and product.
- We refund the product price you paid; shipping costs are not refunded.
- The guarantee starts on the day of delivery and ends after 100 days.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, in particular the 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty for defects. It does not limit these rights. Making use of your statutory warranty rights is free of charge.
